3. Goods Delivery

3.1 Self-pickup At Store

When filling out the order form, you can choose the "Store Pickup" method, bring the "Pickup Notification" email when picking up the goods, and present your identity document and the credit card used for payment for verification.


3.2 Hong Kong Local Delivery

The ANGUS JEWELLERY online store will deliver the goods directly through our logistics provider based on the delivery address provided by the payer when filling in the order. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.


3.3 Overseas Delivery

We provide you with overseas delivery services in the following designated countries/regions:

  1. North America: United States, Canada
  2. Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland
  3. Asia Pacific: Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia

We choose DHL / FEDEX / SF EXPRESS as the logistics provider for the ANGUS JEWELLERY online store. If overseas customers want to ensure that the goods can be delivered to the recipient address, you can email the recipient address to  for enquiry.


3.4 Delivery, Transfer and Collection

To protect the interests of customers, the recipient address must have an adult signature to confirm receipt, and the recipient must provide the order number and identity document for verification. After signing, the rights to the goods are transferred to you.


3.5 Product Delivery Time

We will send the goods within 2 working days after confirmation of payment. Local delivery in Hong Kong takes 2 to 3 days, and overseas delivery takes 7 to 14 days. The actual delivery time is subject to the delivery time of the logistics provider.

Under normal circumstances, if the order is successfully confirmed before 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), the product will be delivered to the designated address within about 2 working days; if the delivery address is an outlying island or remote area, the delivery time may take longer. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

*We may be affected by weather (for example: hoisting of Gale Signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning), holidays (for example: Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter), or excessive orders, etc., and cannot guarantee confirmation before the order cut-off All orders will be processed in a timely manner and we will do our best to deliver as planned.
